ODESSA, TEXAS - Residents and business owners in the Odessa community are stepping up to do what they can for victims of Hurricane Harvey.
The storm slammed the Texas coast Friday night, making landfall as a Category 4 storm in Rockport, and has since turned into a tropical storm causing historical flooding in the Houston metropolitan area. At least 14 have been reported dead while others have lost everything in the floods.
As the devastation continues to unfold with dams overflowing and waters continuing to rise, Odessa residents have sprung into action to help their fellow Texans ...
