Midland College students joining Operation Christmas Child

MIDLAND, TEXAS - The Red Apple Club at Midland College is the club on campus that enhances the classroom experience for professional educators and allows members chances to interact with professionals and gain additional hands-on experience in the education field. We have decided to participate in the Operation Christmas Child Project. We have about 10 members in our club and they meet monthly to plan service and community events. This is their first service project this year.

Operation Christmas Child, a project of Samaritan's Purse, brings good news and great joy to children around the world.

This project allows participants to fill a pre-printed shoebox with items for a child and ship them any time from November 9 – 13. We have 90 extra boxes that we cannot pay to ship and would love to have anyone interested come and get to fill and ship. The shipping costs $9.00 and the contents costs are up to you.

This website as instructions for packing a box, gift suggestions by age and gender and then follow your box tracking labels. The boxes are located in room 151 of the F. Marie Hall Academic Building, on the MC main campus.
