From ServLife International ... "A Sabbath Rest"

ServLife International is a movement defined by values of God’s kingdom, not programs built around human efforts and activities. The reign and rule of God should be made apparent to every person on the planet, despite their religion, race or socioeconomic status. We believe that issues of justice are inseparable from the good news that Jesus Christ came to proclaim. ServLife exists to take the gospel of Christ and the hope of a better, more just, world to the lives of people we touch. This happens through individual contributions of time, creativity, resources and dreams.

A Sabbath Rest

Hebrews 4 says "a sabbath rest is left open for God's people," and "let's make every effort to enter that rest." Sabbath is a day of the week, but it is also a way of life that God has for us. A life full of peace, serenity and clarity. In this age of pandemics, political unrest, and record levels of anxiety, we desperately need this sabbath life that comes only from Jesus.

By partnering with ServLife, you have helped pastors share the love and peace of Jesus. You've provided education for children and a family for orphans. You've empowered families to make over $2 a day. And all have been exposed to the hope and rest of Jesus. Thank you for infusing this peace and rest during a time of unrest and great need.

Hebrews 4 concludes, "Finally, let's draw near to the throne of favor with confidence so that we can receive mercy and find grace when we need help."

May we find the help that we need in Jesus, and may He grant us His peace and rest.

Thank you,
