ODESSA, TEXAS - Come Easter 2011, parishioners at St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church should have a new place for a sunrise service.
But it’s the facility’s year-round duty as a youth center that draws attention from the Rev. Mark Woodruff as the most critical part to the $2.5 million construction project.
