ABILENE, TEXAS - In February, John and Susan Cooper visited Croatia for a week, staying with friends, soaking in the local culture and meeting people.

On Tuesday, they left Abilene, bound for Croatia again. This time for a minimum of five years. The February trip had sealed the deal.
