EL PASO, TEXAS - Catholic churches in El Paso will not open and continue to celebrate Mass virtually at this time, stated Bishop Mark Seitz of the El Paso Catholic Diocese in an email.

Even though Texas Gov. Greg Abbott's stay at home order expired Friday, Seitz said he does not want to give the community a false sense of security and is concerned large crowds will increase the risk of the coronavirus spreading ...
