MIDLAND, TEXAS - Jared Christian described a jail in Mozambique, Africa as “the driest, hottest place I’ve ever been on earth.” Prisoners at the jail could only eat if their family brought them food, just as hospital patients in the country relied on relatives to feed them. Christian, along with his wife Amy, brought food and prayers to the prisoners and the sick during their stay in Mozambique.
