ODESSA, TEXAS - The dirt in the arena at the Ector County Coliseum may as well have been hundreds of miles away on Thursday night as nearly 1,200 youth group members gathered at Barn G for the 22nd annual Christian Youth Night at the SandHills Rodeo.
As teenagers filled the room laughing, cheering and greeting their friends to the sounds of the guest band First Priority, Jimmy Lindsey, chairman of Christian Youth Night remembered why he helps organize the event.
“This is all to further the kingdom of God and keep spreading his word to the youth here in our community,” he said ...
