ODESSA-MIDLAND, TEXAS - The 15th annual Rock The Desert is returning to the Permian Basin with Skillet, the band who headlined the first show in 1999 and will take on the same role in 2014.
Set to take place on Aug. 7, 8 and 9, RTD is touting this year’s event to be bigger and better than ever before, as RTD office director Allison Tull said there are plenty of new aspects and surprises coming this year.
