ODESSA, TEXAS - A Martin Luther King Jr. gospel celebration has been scheduled with the Rev. Bertrand M. Bailey as the guest speaker at 3:30 p.m. today at St. James Baptist Church, 2121 E. 11th St.
Music provided by the Black Cultural Council of Odessa choir and various artists.
