ABILENE, TEXAS - The founder of a nonprofit ministry and pastor of The Church Under the Bridge in Waco will be the speaker for the annual Christian Service Center fall dinner.

Jimmy Dorrell started his interdenominational church in 1992 as the result of a Bible study he held with five homeless men under the Interstate 35 bridge in Waco. Since then, he has founded Mission Waco/Mission World.

Dorrell’s topic for the September 10 dinner will be “Building Bridges, Rebuilding Lives” ...
