From ECPAT-USA ... "World Day Against Trafficking in Persons"

ECPAT USA is part of a global network of organizations and individuals working together for the elimination of child prostitution, child pornography and the trafficking of children for sexual purposes. It seeks to encourage the world community to ensure that children everywhere enjoy their fundamental rights free and secure from all forms of commercial sexual exploitation.

Designated by the United Nations as World Day Against Trafficking in Persons, July 30 marks an important day to raise awareness and educate others about the thousands who are trafficked each year and the need to protect children around the world from exploitation.

You are invited to tune in and bid on a variety of prizes in our virtual Silent Auction now through August 6. All proceeds from the event will go to supporting our critical survivor-informed programming.

Support Our Survivor Solidarity Ride

On August 1, our Five Boro Survivor Solidarity Ride team of riders will be biking 22 miles through various trafficking “hot spots” in New York that have been identified by members of our Survivors’ Council as locations of their own trafficking. Learn more ...
