ABILENE, TEXAS - Recently I was able to visit briefly with members of American Heritage Girls and Trail Life troops.

The programs are for children from kindergarten through high school – American Heritage for girls, Trail Life for boys.

AHG was founded in 1995 in Cincinnati. Trail Life followed in 2013, with an organizational meeting in Louisville, Kentucky. Both programs offer an extra emphasis on Christian teachings along with other elements. However, the program is not limited to the Christian religion; all are welcome ...
