ODESSA/MIDLAND, TEXAS - The festival during the hottest part of summer is looking to keep people cool while still having a good time as they trot out popular bands and water park inflatables during the August shows.

Rock the Desert will take place from Aug. 4 through Aug. 6 and showcase headliners such as Switchfoot, Chris Tomlin, Memphis May Fire and RED. Over the three days, 22 bands will take to the stage at Rock the Desert’s festival field at 2000 S. FM 1788 in Midland ...
