MIDLAND, TEXAS - Derek Minor defied many misconceptions of being a Christian artist. Affected by the spate of gun violence in the country -- particularly those affecting African-Americans -- Minor responded. Christian musicians don’t often court attention or controversy. But Minor was angry and he let it out for the public to hear.
