Religious leaders to engage in interfaith panel discussion

MIDLAND, TEXAS - Leaders of five different religious backgrounds will discuss how their traditions allow them to understand and confront contemporary issues April 7 at St. Stephen's Catholic Church.
The religious officials will comment on a handful of issues from a faith perspective, said Padmaja Patel, secretary of the Hindu Association of West Texas. Each speaker will be invited to ask a question that each person on the interfaith panel will answer individually.
