MIDLAND, TEXAS - Africa Bridges of Hope, an organization co-founded by a Midland woman and her husband, helps the people of Uganda become more self-sufficient. But as with most nonprofits, they need funds. So Sarah Mugoya and her husband, Meddie Mugoya are turning to Midlanders for help.
