ODESSA, TEXAS - his may be the 29-year-old Rev. Dustin Burrow’s first foray in Texas, but he is no stranger to ministry and hopes to make a difference in Odessa.

Now the Rev. at Highland United Methodist Church, Burrow has had experience in several areas before coming into Odessa for the top position.

Burrow, originally from Portales, N.M., got his start in ministry at Eastern New Mexico University as the Wesley Foundation president in 2005 and during his undergraduate studies found a calling to the church ...
