FPC-Midland Belize Mission ... Day 3

During Spring Break 2017, a team from 1st Presbyterian Church-Midland will be traveling to the Central American country of Belize, and working with The Word at Work ministry reaching out and sharing the gospel with the people of Belize while working side-by-side with the local community and building upon a foundation of relationships with that community.

We are back from the village and exhausted but thankful for the great day we just had! This morning started with Chena’s awesome cooking once again. We had eggs, sopapillas (SO GOOD), papaya, beans and watermelon juice. We then headed to the village where we did a devotional with some of the men in charge of the project before splitting up into our different tasks for the day ...
