ABILENE, TEXAS - Teresa Weicht has learned the secret of finding the time to accomplish so many things.

“If you make up your mind you have to do it, you’ll find the time,” she said. “If you want to do it, you’ll find the time. I think when people say they don’t have the time, it’s because they really don’t want to do it.”
