ABILENE, TEXAS - The stunning Christmas lighting in Everman Park and all the other strings of lights on businesses and homes all over Abilene will take a bow Monday night to the subdued warm glow of candlelight.
Many churches in Abilene will have one or more Christmas Eve candlelight services, one of the most endearing signs of Christmas. All will be impressive and meaningful, from the smallest number of candles to the largest.
But on this Christmas Eve, one church may be glowing a little more than usual ...
