PRESBYTERY OF SAN FRANCISCO, CALIFORNIA - The San Francisco Presbyterian Youth Group (SFPyG, named by the youth at the first gathering in September 2012) is a start-up ministry engaging presbytery youth. Convinced that local youth were being underserved, a small group of passionate pastors, parents, youth, and lay leaders launched this ministry to offer spiritual care and service opportunities to urban youth in the San Francisco area.

By pooling resources and coordinating congregational planning efforts within the presbytery, SFPyG is able to offer youth increased opportunities for multicultural fellowship, discipleship, and service ...
