ODESSA, TEXAS - The Basin's first round of winter weather turned deadly over the weekend. Sadly, a homeless man died in the freezing temperatures.
"I got a phone call from a friend, who works at the fire department, he said one of our old friends from the streets has passed away," Donny Kyker, pastor of Jesus House Odessa, said.
Kyker got the news over the weekend. The homeless man was found Saturday night, not far from Jesus House. He died on the way to the hospital.
