ODESSA, TEXAS - Victoria Detiveaux has seen the St. Elizabeth Ann Seton Catholic Church grow steadily during her 24-year association with it, but nothing compares for the church’s much-anticipated expansion to accommodate its growing flock of parishioners. “Every year our church has grown,” said Detiveaux, who currently works as a secretary for the 31-yearold church on Grandview Avenue near Ratliff Stadium. “We have grown persistently every single year.”
