MIDLAND, TEXAS - In June, the Midland Reporter-Telegram reported that the Church Under the Bridge was working on raising funds to begin work in its new building which will be part church, part community center. The plan is to raise $500,000 through donations and grants to cover building costs. Part of that plan was announced Tuesday by church executive director and pastor Evan Rogers.
