FORT STOCKTON, TEXAS - The Kairos Prison Ministry at the Lynaugh Unit in Fort Stockton is in need of volunteers for their upcoming 4-day retreat.

The retreat is described as a “short course in Christianity,” that has changed the lives of thousands.

Twice a year 42 prisoners are chosen by the Chaplin at the Lynaugh Unit to participate in this life changing retreat, but volunteers are needed to make this event possible.

For the last 15 years, volunteers with the Kairos Prison Ministry have spent countless hours singing, praying, and discussing the importance of forgiveness with thousands of inmates.
