MIDLAND, TEXAS - The Midland Homeless Coalition reports homeless numbers in Midland are estimated to be anywhere from 500 to 800 people.
Evan Rogers, who works with Church Under the Bridge-Midland, said these numbers are nearly double what they were expecting.
