The 2014 Presbyterian Mission Yearbook for Prayer and Study is devoted to the theme of young adults in the church. PERU - Tired but happy and hopeful Young Adult Volunteers finally touch down in Peru, where they will live, serve, and accompany for the coming year in placements with partner organizations of the Red Uniendo Manos PerĂº (Joining Hands Network Peru) that address the root causes of poverty. Their desire to serve and hope for a better world have brought them here and will carry them through as they try to discern what God is calling them to do with their lives, with this desire and hope.
Other tired but happy and hopeful people await them in Peru.
