MIDLAND, TEXAS - A window at St. Ann’s Catholic Church was broken Thursday night, resulting in thousands of dollars in damage and possible theft.
It was discovered Friday morning that one of church’s double-paned windows was smashed, said Steve Pepper, St. Ann’s business manager. A concrete pillar that is intended to help support an outdoor bench was thrown through the window, he said. Damage estimates are between $5,000 and $8,000.
