• Annual Christmas show will open in new building

ODESSA, TEXAS - The face of downtown Odessa already has a new look even though construction is not quite complete on First Baptist Church’s new sanctuary.

Church leaders planned to open the new sanctuary this Sunday with services but instead will open the new building when their annual Christmas show opens Dec. 20.

The major snag for the construction? The weather.
