MIDLAND, TEXAS - Despite the harsh and freezing temperatures over the weekend, Church Under the Bridge held their weekly service for the homeless just as they promised.
Evan Rogers, the founder of the church, says they've been able to reach more homeless people in the community.
Rogers says one pregnant woman and her boyfriend, who he came across, are both working, but have been having a hard time finding an affordable place to live.
