ODESSA, TEXAS - A group in Odessa and Midland is focused on Empowering Moms and their families. Hope Chest in Odessa is co-sponsored by March of Dimes and Highland United Methodist Church in Odessa.
The program is from conception to 24 months of age. It was created with the intent to empower moms and reduce birth defects and premature birth.
