MIDLAND, TEXAS - Judith MacNutt was working and consulting as a psychologist in three hospitals in the Boston area when she began to feel God was calling her to do more to help her patients.
“I felt like some of the people were helped by therapy but there were quite a few people that weren’t. Psychiatric medicine helped some people but not everyone,” she said. “I felt like the Lord directed me to pray for my patients.”
After seeing the results of her prayers, MacNutt realized the potential of mixing her background in psychology with healing prayer.
