ANDREWS, TEXAS - Singer Jamie Grace contends she’s just a “normal kid.” Most 22-year-olds don’t have music awards on their shelves, a new house and a second album on the way. But Grace doesn’t talk like the Christian music celebrity she’s becoming. She’s totally the girl next door — and for her parents, that’s literally the case.
She performs with MercyMe and Citizen Way at the Andrews County Expo arena today. Before heading this way, Grace talked about her latest album “Ready to Fly,” finding her husband and how she made peace with her disorder.
