FBR Report: "Video Updates from Syria"

The Free Burma Rangers (FBR) is a multi-ethnic humanitarian service movement. They bring help, hope and love to people in the war zones of Burma (Myanmar) and the Middle East. Groups send teams to be trained, supplied and sent into the areas under attack to provide emergency assistance and human rights documentation. Together with other groups, the teams work to serve people in need.

Syria
October 18, 2019

Dear all,

Thank you for your prayers. Last night, a ceasefire was announced for northeast Syria but this morning the Turkish-backed Free Syrian Army (FSA) attacked. Today, 30 people were wounded by a Turk-FSA shelling east of Sari Kani.

The wounded in the surrounded town of Sari Kani are still trapped. We are at the front line south of Sari Kani and we are trying to get through to help evacuate the wounded but cannot because of the attacks and because the FSA has blocked all access.

We need prayer and a humanitarian corridor to open the way to get the wounded and any civilians out. Please see the video links below for more about the situation here.

Thank you and God bless you,

Dave Eubank and the Free Burma Rangers
