Status Update — January 29
The team had a great day at Kanginima Hospital today, after meeting the hospital staff, the surgical team set up the OR and unloaded suitcase after suitcase of surgical supplies, then examined and pre-oped the patients for surgery. Meanwhile the Village team counted and packaged bottle after bottle of pills into course of treatment packages.
Tomorrow the village team will hold clinic in a village near Tororo and we will start surgery at the hospital.
