ODESSA, TEXAS - It’s the time of year where at every major storefront stands a bell ringer. Those volunteers and Salvation Army of Odessa workers collect thousands of dollars each season, ultimately helping them sustain their organization for the entire year. However, a lack of volunteers in the Odessa area has the local organization concerned.
